Super Spag Spicy
Ingredients: Maple garlic, parsley, onions, paprika, thyme, ginger, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, crushed pepper
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes (795ml)
- 1/2 can of tomato paste (156ml)
- 1/4 packet of Super Spag
- Splash of milk (50ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
Heat two tablespoons of oil over medium high heat. Add beef, salt and pepper to taste. Break up and brown meat. Push browned meat to the sides of the pan and add some more oil and the onion and carrot to the middle. Saute on medium heat until soft. 2 minutes. Mix into beef. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and 1/4 of Super Spag packet. Bring to a boil and then turn to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes up to 1 hour. Keep an eye on it, stirring occasionally, ensuring the heat isn't too high and it isn't burning. Just before serving add milk (if desired). Taste and adjust any salt needed, serve over your favourite pasta. Top generously with parmesan (if using).

Yes! Super Dips are all salt free. Super Rubs do some some salt, but it is not the main ingredient.
Are Super Dips sugar free?
Super Dips are free from artificial sugar. Super Rubs and some Super Dips have maple syrup as a sugar.
Are Super Dips gluten free?
Yes! Super Dips, Rubs, and Spag are all 100% gluten free.
Are Super Dips MSG free?
Yes! None of our products include any MSG.
Do you offer any vegan mixes?
Yes! In fact most of our products are vegan friendly. Our mixes that are not vegan are Cheesy Bacon. Cheese Habanero, Cheddar Broccoli, and House Blend. Super Rubs and Spag are all vegan as well and have no animal products.
