Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

INGREDIENTS
2-3 lb. beef roast
2 tbsp. Super Dips Supreme Onion blend
1 tsp. Super Dips Garlic blend
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup, undiluted
2 cartons low sodium beef broth
1 bag home-style egg noodles
Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the 1 cup of the beef broth, Super Dips Supreme Onion & Garlic blends, and the can cream soup. Set aside.
- Place the roast in a 5-qt. (or larger) slow cooker. Add the soup mixture. Cover and cook for 8 hours or overnight on Low, or until the beef shreds easily.
- Shred the beef apart, return it to the slow cooker and add the rest of the beef broth. Cover and continue to cook an additional 8 hours on Low.
- About an hour before the beef finishes, cook the egg noodles, drain and add to the slow cooker. Stir and cover until the slow cooker cycle is complete.
