Slow Cooker Beef & Noodles

Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles

INGREDIENTS

2-3 lb. beef roast

2 tbsp. Super Dips Supreme Onion blend

1 tsp. Super Dips Garlic blend

1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup, undiluted

2 cartons low sodium beef broth

1 bag home-style egg noodles

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine the 1 cup of the beef broth, Super Dips Supreme Onion & Garlic blends, and the can cream soup. Set aside.
  2. Place the roast in a 5-qt. (or larger) slow cooker. Add the soup mixture. Cover and cook for 8 hours or overnight on Low, or until the beef shreds easily.
  3. Shred the beef apart, return it to the slow cooker and add the rest of the beef broth. Cover and continue to cook an additional 8 hours on Low.
  4. About an hour before the beef finishes, cook the egg noodles, drain and add to the slow cooker. Stir and cover until the slow cooker cycle is complete.
